The first deputy head of the Executive Committee told shareholders about the obligation of Briz Company to put the house into operation in the first quarter of 2021.
In Kazan, work resumed at 57 Dostoevsky street, the most long-delayed building for deceived shareholders. Its construction began at the beginning of the 2000s and was suspended due to the bankruptcy of the developer-LLC Svey company. The Briz construction company has been involved for its completion. The long-awaited construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. This was announced at a meeting of the first deputy head of the Executive Committee of Kazan Azat Nigmatzyanov with shareholders of the house.
The construction of the house on Dostoevsky street began in the 2000s by the Svey company, and it was planned to put it into operation in 2005. Later, the completion of the construction work was suspended. In December 2019, an agreement was signed with the Federal Fund for the protection of the rights of shared – equity construction participants DOM.RF and the Government of Tatarstan on co-financing the completion of a residential building at 57 Dostoevsky street.
The amount of funds, required for the completion of the house on Dostoevsky street, will be calculated in September. “Now the final design and estimate documentation for the completion of construction is being prepared, taking into account, in particular, the dismantling works and the interior design prescribed in the contracts”, – said Ivan Novikov, Executive Director of the Republican Fund for support of shareholders. – The conclusion of the expert examination of the design and estimate documentation will be forwarded to Moscow, and we will be able to get financing”. Funding will be provided according to the proportion – 42% of republican funds and 58% of federal funds.
For the completion of the house, the Briz construction company was involved as a contractor. “We see the light at the end of the tunnel. There are obligations of the contractor – the Briz company, which was engaged for the completion and has experience with the Svey facilities, to deliver the building by the first quarter of 2021”, – said Azat Nigmatzyanov, first Deputy head of the Executive Committee.
Now the facade decoration has been dismantled from the building, as well as engineering systems and roof. Forty-four people are working at the facility, said the director of the Briz company Andrey Belyakov.
“The works is underway and we see changes”, – said A.Nigmatzyanov and assured shareholders that the building will meet all standards, and specialists of the State Construction Supervision Inspection will control the quality of the residential building.
