Tasting of national dishes, lectures and master classes at the third Itil Festival

On August 12, the Kazan Gorky Park will become a platform for a cultural dialogue and exchange of experience between neighboring regions

The 3rd Itil festival of the new ethnic culture of the peoples of the Volga region will take place in Gorky Park on August 12. The event will become a platform for cultural dialogue and exchange of experience between neighboring regions.

The program includes children's workshops, tasting of national dishes, an exhibition of traditional ornaments and the sale of handmade goods.

For the first time, an open lecture hall will open for holding various meetings and discussions. A special screening of the film Mikulai by Tatarstan director Ilshat Rakhimbay will be held. The name of the headliner has not yet been disclosed.

The open-call of participants will continue until July 28, such as musicians and musical groups, artists, artisans and entrepreneurs who rethink their culture through art in a modern interpretation.

The Itil Festival starts at 12:00 on the green area of Gorky Park and will end at 22:00, according to the Directorate of Parks and Squares of the city.
