(KZN.RU, March 12). Kazan entered the top 5 cities that claim to be the European Youth Capital of 2022. The finalist cities until May 26 must present the program of youth cultural, social, and political events held in the area.
Along with the capital of Tatarstan, such cities as Poznan (Poland), Baia Mare (Romania), Varazdin (Croatia), and Tirana (Albania) claim the title of the European Youth Capital of 2022.
In total, 12 cities submitted applications for participation in the competition.
The winner will be announced in November in France, in the city of Amiens, according to the website of the European Youth Forum. The current European Youth Capital is Novi Sad (Serbia).
