More than 1.4 thousand athletes will gather in Kazan at the tournament of karate

The "Ak Bars" cup, which is held for the seventh time, will be held from 6 to 8 April.

(KZN.RU, March 28). On April 7, the all-Russian karate competition - the “Ak Bars“ Cup - will open at the self-titled combat-arts Palace in Kazan. In the tournament, which will be held for the seventh time, more than 1400 athletes from all over Russia in the age categories from 8 years and older will take part. Competitions will last from 6 to 8 April.

During the grand opening, which was announced on April 6 at 13.00, a friendly match between the Russian national team and the Tatarstan team will take place. Competitions is held according to the rules of the World Karate Federation (WKF).
